My name is Jedidiah Lavrut and on social media i go by spartanlavrut. I’m a national champion powerlifter with 4 records to my name — but my journey has never been about being good at just one thing.I grew up competing in everything from rugby and football to tennis and badminton. Along the way, I built the strength to move massive weight, the control to master advanced calisthenics like one-arm pull-ups, front levers, and iron crosses, and the mobility to drop into the splits or throw flips with ease.I train MMA and martial arts daily, stay lean year-round, and carry the physique of a bodybuilder without ever chasing bodybuilding.To me, this is what it means to be a hybrid athlete: strong, mobile, skilled, and adaptable. Why settle for mastery in one lane when you can push boundaries in all of them? Deep down, we all want to do it all — so let’s train that way.
